2011 FOP Journal The FOP Journal, published four times a year, is the official publication of the National Fraternal Order of Police. Each issue contains reports from the Grand Lodge executive board and various committees, articles of interest from local lodges, updates on law enforcement labor issues including progress on legislation from our advocacy center in Washington, D.C.
